BIOGRAPHY

I am Maria Haider a visual artist I was born in a rural area of Sindh called Golarchi I completed my early education from APSACS (Army Public School and College Golarchi I completed my Bachelor s in Fine Arts with painting as my major from SABS, Shaheed Allah Bukhsh Soomro University of Art, Design Heritages, Jamshoro Sindh, which was previously known as CEAD (Centre of Excellence in Arts and Design) In my final year thesis, I painted various types of food to show the audience my love and desire to try different ethnic food types.

Never Ending Desire

I relate the word lust or the phrase never ending desire to food as I am a big foodie The burst of dopamine and tryptophan rushing through our nerves gives us a euphoric high that is better than anything else Food is my guilty pleasure and this project is my tribute to the greatest invention of mankind the art of cooking, I hope to convey the same passion for food to

my viewers as I take them to a delicious journey enriched with colors.
